Wild About Game celebrates the farmers, butchers, and purveyors of high-quality game and specialty meat and the chefs that use their products. This year the event will be held September 7, 2014 at Timberline Lodge. Tickets are $65 and can be purchased in advance at www.strangertickets.com (tickets will be $75 at the door).

Save the Date for Nicky USA's Wild About Game 2014!
We are returning to Timberline September 7th, 2014 for the Northwest's meatiest culinary celebration. Wild About Game celebrates farmers, butchers and purveyors of specialty game and high quality meat, and the chefs who use their produtcs. The full day event will include a head to head cooking competition, artisan marketplace and an industry-insider persepctive on the Northwest culinary scene.
The 2014 Game coooking competition puts Portland chefs against Seattle chefs in four rounds. At the end of each round attendees will be able to step up, taste their dishes and vote for their favorite. This year's stellar line up includes:

Aaron Barnett of St. Jack and joey Serquinia of Harvest Vine Take Home Top Prizes
Aaron Barnett's stuning pheasant dish was the judge's favorite at Nicky USA's 13th Annual Wild About Game. People's Choice Award went to a Filipino inspired Water Buffalo dish from Joey Serquinia at Harvest Vine.
