Final Chef Pairing for Wild About Game
Adams vs. Sakai
The final chef pairing for Wild About Game features a couple of young gentlemen who have recently been in the public eye - and deservedly so. Chef Doug Adams of Imperial, who lit up our screens in the latest Top Chef episodes, will take on Chef Eric Sakai of Seattle's restaurant marron, fresh off being named People's Choice Pacific & Northwest Best New Chef by Food & Wine Magazine. Will further fame and fortune (there is a $1000 top prize) await the winner of this match up? All we know for sure is that the judges and guests who get to sample their dishes will be the true winners. Join us at Resort at the Mountain October 11th for all of the delicious action. Tickets on sale now at MercTickets.
Rd 3 Wild About Game Chef Match Up
Mace vs. Lane
The round 3 match up for the game cooking competition of Wild About Game features Andrew Mace of Portland's iconic Le Pigeon vs. Stuart Lane of Seattle's ode to the Piedmont region of Italy - Spinasse. We know that these two talented men can really cook. What we don't know is whether their competition dishes will reflect the French or Italian influences from their restaurants, or if a more personal as yet to be revealed style will emerge to win over the judges. We can't wait to see (and taste) what they cook up. Join us at Resort at the Mountain October 11th to find out. Tickets on sale now at MercTickets.
