Empower Urban Youth with Culinary Job Skills & Improved Eating Habits
Throughout June we will be donating $0.50 from every pack of Nicky Farms game meats sold at all 15 Portland metro-area New Seasons Markets to our non-profit partner The Portland Kitchen. This fabulous organization offers free, comprehensice culinary after-school and summer programming to Portland high school youth, age 14-18.
The program introduces students to a wide range of cooking & kitchen skills as well as a framework for improved eating habits through classroom instruction and hands on culinary experience. Upon program completion, students gain an Oregon Food Handler permit, a letter of recommendation and vocational experience for their resume, and the job skills necessary for long-term workplace success: responsibility and accountability; collaboration skills; and feelings of success and pride in one's own hard work.
By supporting this program you get to eat some fabulous Nicky Farms game meats and help kids in our community prepare for a delicious future - double bonus!
Where The Buffalo Roam
New Batch of Nicky Farms Grass-Fed Bison is Here
We have just received eight of our signature Nicky Farms grass-fed bison and our Master Butcher and his crew are hard at work prepping them for delivery. Raised for Nicky Farms in eastern Oregon, these bison are truly exceptional in their flavor and nutritional profile. 100% grass-fed and never finished on corn or soy, Nicky Farms grass-fed bison is the perfect protein for the Paleo diet or for those who simply enjoy exceptional, locally raised meat. The meat is lean and has a depth of flavor not found in meat that is grain finished.
We have a wide range of cuts available - contact your Nicky USA Sales Rep for a full list, but act fast as items do sell out.

Iberico de Bellota - Tails & Trotters
Exceptional Nut-Finished Pork at Nicky USA
A new shipment of Fermin Iberico de Bellota has arrived at the Nicky USA warehouse. The meat from the famed black pigs of Spain that feast on acorns is truly spectacular. If you have had it, you know. If you haven't had it, you must. And good news, due to the stronger dollar, prices are more favorable this year.
The genes of this native pig breed from Spain allow fat to infiltrate muscle, resulting in marbled meat that is truly unique. The flavor is intensely rich, and in turn mellow, with a subtle texture that melts in your mouth.
For a local version of nut-finished pork, try Tails & Trotters Washington hogs finished on Oregon hazelnuts for a truly distinctive Northwest product. Nicky USA is proud to be the exclusive distributor in the Northwest for this unique pork. Click here for Tails and Trotters freezer specials, along with all other Nicky USA specials.
